  1. Our approach

Our data-handling principle is simple: Collect minimum. Store minimum. Delete quickly.

We request only the information reasonably needed to perform the agreed RevenueTrace analysis.

  1. What we prefer to receive

Wherever possible, we work with aggregate business data rather than customer-level personal data.

Typical inputs may include website, traffic, conversion funnel, advertising, market and sales-performance exports.

We do not ask for passwords to Shopify, Meta, Google Analytics or similar platforms.

  1. Personal data

Please avoid sending customer names, email addresses, phone numbers or other directly identifying information unless it is genuinely necessary for the agreed analysis.

If personal data needs to be processed on your behalf, appropriate data-processing terms may apply.

  1. AI-assisted analysis

RevenueTrace may use AI-assisted tools as part of analysis, research, drafting and quality-control workflows.

We aim to minimise the information submitted to such tools and prefer aggregate, anonymised or non-personal business information wherever possible.

Client passwords are not submitted to AI systems.

  1. Storage and retention

Working files are stored only for as long as reasonably necessary to complete the engagement and agreed follow-up.

Raw analysis files are typically deleted within 30 days after report delivery, unless a longer retention period is agreed.

Reports, invoices, contractual records and other business records may be retained for longer where required for legal, tax, accounting, security or dispute-resolution purposes.

  1. Service providers

We may use reputable providers of cloud infrastructure, business email, website hosting, payments, document storage, security and AI-assisted services where necessary to operate RevenueTrace.

We do not sell client data or personal data.

  1. Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures designed to protect information against unauthorised access, loss, misuse or disclosure.

No online system can guarantee absolute security.

  1. Deletion requests

If you have questions about information supplied for a RevenueTrace engagement, or want to request deletion of information that is no longer required, contact:
